NewlandsGuest room

The brief? Create a space guests never want to leave! This beautiful space in Newlands, once used as a self-catering studio, needed to be converted into a warm, welcoming guest room that simultaneously made guests feel like a part of the family. Given complete creative freedom and the fact that it would only be for short-term guests, we chose to take a fun, bold boho approach to the design. We also took out the kitchenette and created more space for luggage and lounging. The room was such a huge hit with visitors that this was actually where our Two Birds Interiors journey began! Mission accomplished.
