From '70s to mid-century glam…
The goal? Take this outdated one-bedroom apartment and convert it into a two-bed oasis with flair. By converting the kitchen into a second bedroom and moving it into the oversized living area, we created a two-bed, one-bath luxury apartment in one of Cape Town’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. Kitchen with ample storage? Check. Dining seating for four? Check. Bathroom of our dreams? Check. The best part? This investment property sold for the full asking price in two days. Cheque!
